BEST Water to Boost Weight Loss
If you’re looking for a cleanse and something refreshing for the spring and summer months, this cucumber and lemon drink is just the ticket!
Here is the easy to make drink recipe:
- 2L water
- 1 medium cucumber (sliced)
- 1 lemon sliced
- 10-12 fresh mint leaves
- Optional: 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
Steep overnight in fridge. Mix well. Pour and drink!
Supposedly this cucumber lemonade will help you stay hydrated, refreshed and fight off the belly fat. I’m curious to know if anyone has tried this as part of their diet or just as a drink alternative to plain water.
As for detoxing, this is supposed to be great for clear skin too.
