I love Coco Chanel. She was such a powerhouse in fashion and business that she should be admired. Here are some of Chanel’s words of wisdom:
“A girl should be two things: classy and fabulous.”
I agree! People will tear you down if you’re trashy and rude. Dare to be classy and fabulous. Coco knows.
“The best color in the whole world is the one that looks good on you.”
How can you argue with this logic? Answer: You can’t. Find your color and wear it.

That’s right. Fashion is always evolving but when you have a sense of self, your personal style shines through – and that is enduring.
“Don’t spend time beating on a wall, hoping to transform it into a door.”
I personally don’t have a problem with tearing down walls but that’s to be more open. A door is a door; it’s either open or closed.
“A woman who cuts her hair is about to change her life.”
This is so true! Every time I need or want a life change, my hair is the first to go.
This is probably one of my favorite Coco Chanel quotes because I’m tired of sheeple. Be different! Be unique. Be YOU.
It’s scary to be “out there” because it draws attention. That might be hard if you’re shy or unsure but if we don’t dare to be ourselves then we can eventually lose ourselves too.
“You can be gorgeous at thirty, charming at forty, and irresistible for the rest of your life.”
I can be irresistible but I’ll have to let you know about the rest when I get there. I trust Coco’s wisdom.
“I don’t care what you think of me. I don’t think of you at all.”
It sounds brutal but Chanel is on to something here. I need to stop giving my haters ammunition and stop thinking about them.
